COVID-19

We have decided to implement some safety measures within our office to protect our workplace and our clients from the current Covid-19 pandemic.

These are in line with Workplace health and safety Queensland, and you can access our Covid-19 safety plan below.

Our aim is to ensure we can continue to operate as safely and affectively as possible whilst minimizing any disruption to our business or to the service we provide to you. 

Here at Solutions Accounting we have agreed to the following in regards to vaccinations and/or exposure to Covid-19.

• All our staff members are fully vaccinated; however, clients and visitors are not required   to be fully vaccinated to attend our office.
• We do ask that upon arrival you use the hand sanitizer provided and a mask if needed.

In the event that a client or staff member returns a positive Covid test, those potentially affected will be contacted directly and advised to get tested at their earliest convenience. 

We therefore advise that the following practices have been communicated to our staff;

• Ensuring adherence to basic general hygiene practices.
• Adhering to the social distancing of 1.5 meters were possible.
• Limiting personal contact in and around the office.
• Undertaking phone and zoom meetings rather than face to face meetings, where appropriate.
• Ensuring access to masks and hand sanitizer for our clients and visitors, if needed. 
• We are being mindful of the cleanliness within the office – desks and high-touch areas are disinfected after each visit. 

In line with these measures, we kindly ask any clients to reconsider visiting our office if they don’t feel well or display any cold or flu like symptoms.
